Liptovská Mara

Liptovska Mara is a water reservoir in central Liptov district (with 198 MW output) built between years of 1969 and 1975. The dam´s high is 45 m, it´s second highest water reservoir in Slovakia. Every summer Liptovska Mara changes into distinguised recreation centre in the Low Tatras mountains able to serve thousands of visitor. They can spend theit spare time swimming, surfing, yachting or windsurfing.
